Cancellation / No-Show Policy:
We completely understand that sometimes schedules change and therefore we request at least 24 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling your appointment. A credit card is required to hold your appointment. Appointments canceled within 24 hours or for which clients are a “No-Show” for will incur a charge of $25.00.
Lateness Policy
If you are more than 15 minutes late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case a cancellation fee will apply. We will do our best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you.
